We are a Burlington, Ontario corporation that is interested in buying small, local companies that meet the following criteria:

1. Must be profitable (and have been for the past 2 years)
2. Located in Burlington or Oakville
3. Annual revenues between $100,000 and $700,000
4. Must have a physical presence that provides services through a physical location or deals in physical goods i.e. not just a virtual/internet company. It’s fine if it’s internet enabled but we’re not interested in a 100% pure internet play.

We are particularly interested in companies whose goods or services are sold to people 50+ (in age, the Baby Boomers).

We are not interested in buying in partially (i.e. just investing capital). We are looking to fully purchase and run the companies we buy.
